8 to 10mm more rain on the hurdling course will make it very soft. Maybe less big shocks but a couple of high double figure winners incoming. The ground won't be that bad on the hurdling track.

Potentially there could be a monster payout on the placepot tomorrow.A friend of mine is a placepot specialist and he will be making all the decisions. This fella State Actor and Iresine (3.55) my main fancies. I don't usually play placepots but I might have a go tomorrow, as Luke has stoked my interest.
Good luck everyone.
Maybe but I think the tendency for that to happen at this meeting is a function of the time of year as much as the ground. I've never been a ground punter and it's way over-factored imo and like Charyn is more vulnerable because he's been on the go since March but if he gets beat it'll be the ground, that will be the narrative.8 to 10mm more rain on the hurdling course will make it very soft. Didn't think a Night of Thunder could have the ground too softEconomics reportedly bled which is a slight concern as this is the second time (did after York as well) also they felt the ground was too soft.
Rough old race but winner was unexposed really at this level due to injury.
