He only has one ride today for his Dad but it will most likely be better for the run. I'd rather have a look at his ride at Ludlow on Monday.

The 1.05 at Ludlow will be worth a watch today. He's on a short one.
 
Corcoran claims ten on American Sniper 2.35 at Plumpton tomorrow - already 12/1 best from 16/1 but it will only have taken guesser buttons to do that.

Only backed it because I saw the post, thank you once more YFUSA.
This is why I love this forum, I picked up a couple of winners yesterday on the back of some posts, had a nice ew bet on Lady Balko and its just good to get a run for my money most weeks with the selections put up on this forum.

Another winner for Rian Corcoran at Lingfield Park just now - Jaipaletemps @ 3/1.

I only actually noticed he was riding it a few minutes before the Off, I had a choice, assess it's chance, then have a quick bet, or post he had a ride here, take a wild guess which option I selected!
 
Corcoran rides Bells Of Ufford for Tim Vaughan in the last.

As it's not his retained yard (David Pipe) he can only claim seven, the horse pulled up on Soft ground last time out and seems best on Good.

Make of it what you will.
 
Rian Corcoran goes all the way to Sedgefield tomorrow to ride Red Wine Supernova in the last for his retained yard.

He's down to 7lb from 10lb in this scenario, but he's clearly capable and this half sister to Moroder by St Leger winner (I was there, actually) Kingston Hill might have won her only Irish Point start but for falling two out.
 
Great Notions - looks a stayer - is an entry for the in-form Fiona Needham yard [ Red Delta won the Lincs National at Market Rasen] in the 12:19 3m 2f amateur jockeys' handicap chase at Kelso on Monday 29 December. No jockey up yet and declarations tomorrow.

James King ( given a positive mention by Youknowwho for a race at Cheltenham last month) is provisionally booked for Ewan Whillans's Blakey Boy owned fittingly by On The Buses.

I'm told Corcoran was flagged up as a rider to watch by a Podcast that had finally noticed him at the weekend - annoying as it just means any value will get squeezed.

He's got rides at Taunton today - including one where he can't claim but they still put him up.

Chad Bament rode a 14/1 winner I was on at bigger at Chepstow on Saturday and he's got rides too.

Finished runner up on the 14/1 poke in the last - he continues to impress.

Given his Pointing background, I'd like to see him claiming the seven in some decent 3m plus handicap chase on testing ground aboard something he's never ridden (hence never claimed weight off).

In the meantime, if Kempton Park survives the storm, I think his claim might just tilt the balance in the general direction of Goodwin.

Lets add Freddie Robson to this thread. Grandson of the legendary Olympic Three Day Event rider, Ian Stark he (according to Alice) has mopped up in Pony Races and will be pointing and riding in amateur races this season.

He rides Queen Of Steel ( 7/1) for Fergal O'Brien in tomorrow's 4:02 race at Leicester which is a hands and heels mares' handicap hurdle for amateurs and conditional jockeys. Looks like it's his first NH ride.

Using the original criteria, the two I will be backing are: Take a Hike (Freddie Keighley, 1-7 strike rate in the last 14 days); and Chosen Hero (Rian Corcoran, 1-13 strike rate).
