Changes to official race distances..

I am about to manually record changes to UK flat distances for 2023 and 2024 from the BHA results section, does anyone already have these and if so are you willing to share them?.

I have them printed off but I think the change goes back before 2023. If I can find the original file (it's quite a few pages long I'll experiment with posting it otherwise I'll try screenshots but I might not be able to so until late tonight.

Anyone know how to share/post an Adobe file from a laptop?

Depending on the file size, attaching to an email would be easiest.
