    Ascot Gold Cup

Bulwark seems one for a cheap e/w punt, although two 8th places in this race the long break has seemed to do him good, and has looked better this season for this years renewal than any of his previous efforts yet is the bigger price, defintely has place claims for me.

    The Leger

I think Conduit should be one deffo to leave off, he will be put in there to help Patkai who has proven to stay at this distance, Ryan Moore will have the choice of both, he will certainly take Patkai. Look Here or Patkai are the ones for me thus far.

King George VI And QE Stakes

I am quite disappointed this race fails to merge the 3 year olds with the rest anymore, the last good race of this was back in 2003, when Alamshar and Kris Kin renewed their rivalry and one Alamshar won in emphatic fashion which was let off at ridiculous odds that I couldnt complaain about...

    Grand Prix de Paris

Thats New Approach isnt it? If New Approach was not in the Derby, Tartan Bearer would have won the Derby by probably a head to Casual Conquest. Its a lazy horse, a concept maybe you dont understand.

    Grand Prix de Paris

Tartan Bearer is not a horse that is going to launch off it needed New Approach to take off to get going again, if you are not going to understand what I am trying to say, dont know if I can waste my time explaining it to you.

    Grand Prix de Paris

A valid point just that it made its move from the front where as New Approach did it the hard way. If it runs could be a great dual none the less.

    Grand Prix de Paris

He may not win the Arc but it has a chance, you are totally wrong about it being ridden vigoursly, it wasnt anything of the sort, I dunno what you were watching to be honest, Tartan Bearer always looks like that even in a poor maiden it looked the same, Tartan Bearer is a lazy horse and will...

    Grand Prix de Paris

Ryan Moore said he didnt even give it the hardest whip out on Tartan Bearer before the interference so to say vigoursly is downright absurd. Anyway Tartan Bearer always looks like its going all out even when its not. Tartan Bearer if avoided for the Leger which they need to has every chance in...

    Grand Prix de Paris

Outstanding performance, although with Doctor Freemantle being hampered it means maybe New Approach is the better horse of the two with the distance beeing the same. Makes for a great race, I think the 3 year olds have the advantage this year butt he ground would be to Solider Of Fortune the...

    Cheltenham 2009

Well I think the 20/1 that Paddy Power are offering for Celestial Halo of the Champion Hurdle is a very good quote, although I'll wait for next year to ass and bet accordingly. Be great to see a son of Gailieo ruling the jump scene, and CH was quite a good flat horse as well.

    The Irish Oaks

They did stop Tartan Bearer imo deliberately (if it was truly the horses fault why did it go in a straight line when Frozen Fire started to pass), and there has been many other occasions as well, since they were themselves the wrong side if unlawfull play from Godolphin, and recitfied it ever...

    The Irish Oaks

I think O'Brian is the one who can implement big race tacics the best, his stable jockey has ridden one of the best horses in it who he doesnt train, and I'm pretty sure Johnny Murtagh will not be on Gagnoa for the Irish Oaks,a nd when O'Brian has a lot of entries you really should beware of...

New Members- Welcome To Talking Horses

Hello gentleman and the very few ladies, :P This season I have been big followers of Tartan Bearer (he'll win a group 1 ;) ) , New Approach, Celestial Halo, and Nahoodh. Happy racing everyone.

    Newmarket-day two

I dont think Moore is to blame, just a great ride from Jimmy Fortune, as it was his horse who had the penalty and gave it he perfect race out in front and kicked on after being asked. In the end Lucano proves its St Leger with a great win here. Ryan may never knew how strong Lucano was with the...

    The Irish Oaks

Hello felllow board members, I am worried about the O'Brian factor in the Oaks esecpially he knows that Murtagh having rode her in France knows how she operates, I think it can win here given the fair ride it deserves, and it would be awesome if Fabre can persudade Johnny to ride it..

    Falmouth Stakes

It was her last race yes, but like you have too in racing yo have to preserve the genes, and lets be honest her trainers had wasted her sending her to Ascot like that, it was a race it didnt need and could have done a fair bit better in the Falmouth if it never ran.

Buick again does it, great ride right there.

    Newmarket-day two

Hello Gentlemen, Only bet on the one race yesterday the filly I have followed a lot this year and loyalty paid off on Nahoodh. Today I have chosen 4 selections. 1:30 - I think getting on Bougereau is not certain at the price it is at, it ran great in The Derby when it was unexpected but...

    The Irish Oaks

Very nice horse, hopefully a competent jockey will be booked cause it wont have Johnny Murtagh on it that time round which is a shame he gave it a great ride. 3/1 so far.

King George VI And QE Stakes

Sad that Tartan Bearer was pulled the trip suits him well, although I can see why they pulled it with Golan needing time after races and seeing how Ballydoyle again have so many horses in that tactis would come into play., I think it is wrong aiming him for the Leger and I hope they send him to...
