That's a worry. Exactly the same as two years ago. Except it was frost. They ran on the Friday then couldn't get the frost covers down again in time for the Saturday. What they SHOULD have done is not raced today and saved the ground, allow the rain to soak in and added todays races to Saturday...

You don't tend to use the car parks over the road for non-Festival traffic as they have a pretty large area next to the course which is tarmac. It's only when you get the extra volume that they used to use the adjoining fields and that's where the problem lay as it was grass.
