Someone at Sandown told me he was told HA had a heart attack. It looked a tired fall. :(

Dear England, on at various cinemas for the next couple of months. It loses a little on the screen rather than theatre setting but in a couple of places gains a little from cameras being able to get in close. Go and see it!!My manager, who 'hates' football, loved it.

I am up to 136...aside from anything else how is a 12-13 year old allowed to 'work' either by parents/guardians/employer? Can't do a paper round at 12.

Yes lots on social media and his son has started a Justgiving page. Seems they don't know exactly what happened but skull fractures and facial injuries. Fingers crossed for him.

You're very unlucky as I work for a council and we write off left, right and centre. It's an outrage. We have one legal bod trying to do everything, he can't, the accounts can only do so much without weight of law behind us. You would not believe what and why is written off or credited back...

Seriously good looking young men. Have huge soft spot for Tom Burke. Went to the theatre to watch him in a play I have absolutely no memory of other than the one of the fellow cast members was also from The Musketeers and she was SO bad it was a gringe fest. His father was Dr Watson to Jeremy...

One of my brothers was a systems accountant in his working days and he, nor I , can believe that no one in a similar role didn't notice something must have been going wrong here and say something? I haven't been watching it so apologies if something such as this has been highlighted, but their...

Agree with a lot of this, particularly re Reggie, but they are quite well done and Selleck carries it off very well. Some nice guest spots as well. Shame they didn't make any more.

Equine Retirements, Long Term Injuries and Departures

So pleased he has got out in one piece. She always said she would take him when he retired, so glad he gets a retirement. The RyanAir/Paisley Park duet at Cheltenham one of the best days racing ever. The crowd reaction was awesome. Such a shame no crowd at Kempton when he won the KG.

    One to watch

Caollin Quinn used to ride my muppet on the gallops when at Warren's. A totally likeable young man. Very patient and kind with elderly owner and genuinely loved Brodie. Could see the reason for the move as Warren short on ammunition for him, but he was worried. Caollin that is, about it. (We...

    King George VI Chase

My take. Entitled to it. If they try it again, we'll see. Would love to be proved wrong but can't see it. Quite honestly makes me sick that a large section of people involved seem to think 3 miles is the be all and end all.

    King George VI Chase

Shishkin was coming to the end of his tether. Would have finished 4th. Perhaps they'll stop trying to make him go 3ms now. One result does not a 3 miler make.

    TV coverage

Not sure where to post this but really nice touch from AP at Ascot giving all the grooms leading up McManus' horses yesterday some money, very discreetly, but good on him.
