So the decision has been made, and we will be upgrading to Xenforo sometime this next week. That and revamping this site. This is already an awesome forum with a good amount of traffic, and with the proper amount of TLC, we can make this one THE best horse racing in the UK.

Looking at our software options, we will probably go with Xenforo - which is used at the Casinomeister site amongst others. still deciding. The blogs will have to be moved to the Word Press pages if that is the case. Still checking on this.

Just to interject about deleting/editing - no one should be able to remove/delete posts except admins and super-moderators, since that is really an admin function. What it should be is to be able to modify one's posts for a certain time limit. At CM for example, for newbie members it's 90 mins...

One plan is to upgrade the forum software to enable this forum to be mobile friendly. At the moment this forum is pretty much at the whim of Google and won't be properly indexed until this performs well on mobiles and hand held devices. Once this upgrade happens, we should start seeing better...
