    No change there then :)

    Android Apps

Its fine as far as it goes, but proper native apps have plenty of advantages - e.g. they can completely define their own UI, have access to the full developer API, make full use of notifications and other cross-system services and generally run faster.

    Android Apps

So there's nothing stopping bookies having proper Android apps; they just can't distribute them through Google Play? Why don't they do that (or do they)? Edit: Just checked; Powers have an Android app available at http://www.paddypowermobile.com/mobile_sports_betting - you've just got to...

    Willie Mullins

And its a virtuous circle; Ruby doesn't move back full time unless the operation and the owners are making it very much worth it for him. Wasn't there some talk of Mullins setting up a satellite yard in Britain?

    Willie Mullins

Just to add, isn't the more obvious explanation for Mullins' dominance his ability to attract numerous moneybags owners in the last couple of years? He's even pulled in the likes of Ricci and Wylie who you would normally expect to be spending their money at home. Very difficult for other Irish...

    Willie Mullins

Harsh on Mullins if there's a whispering campaign, but then what's the downside? Henderson actually got done for it and no-one seems to give a **** no matter how many Festival wins he racks up or how long Sprinter Sacre remains untouchable.

    Ladbrokes Exchange

Will Ladbrokes be displaying the exchange odds next to their fixed odds? Will they be goosing the markets themselves?

Same backend though, isn't it? King George ante post market is identical, for example.

Wayward Lad's last race - his glorious swansong at Liverpool in 1987

But thoroughbreds have only been around for 300 years or so. As an invented breed, specifically selected for a certain mix of speed and stamina, there's plenty of room for fine-tuning through both nature and nurture.

    buildings/contents ins companies?

Have to recommend eSure, nothing to do with price but because I had a buildings claim worth a few grand with them earlier this year which they could easily have refused to pay (and it would have been fair enough) but they actually came through in the end.

Also, the exact wording of the message you're getting would be good (a screenshot even better).

In Task Manager, click on the Processes tab and then sort the list by Memory. What are the first few entries, and how much memory are they taking up?

What Are You Listening To Now?

Wasn't that predicated on out-selling Appetite For Destruction? Only around 27 million sales short :)

What Are You Listening To Now?

Plenty of it on Journal For Plague Lovers; All Is Vanity a particular fav. My favourite 'raw' vocal of his is Mausoleum off Holy Bible; just relentless, I'm sure I can hear him gasping for air by the end of the bridge (i.e. the last "obliterates your meaning").

Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe 2013

The only disappointing thing about that performance is that the race was over as a contest so quickly.

    Daily Mail

The MoS editor's quick action (full apology and suspension of the journos involved) actually casts him in a much better light than double-down Dacre, making the latter's position even more difficult.

    McCririck's Damages Suit

Sounds suspiciously like constructive dismissal. That might not apply to a contractor but it appears McCririck is being allowed to fight this case as an employee.

    McCririck's Damages Suit

Point being that that substantial reason surely can't be something that C4 have tolerated, or even encouraged, over the years?
