She's definitely one to keep an eye on for next season.

Eyecatching indeed. 'Tenderly handled' too. The one worry I would have is that she was allowed to drift to 9-1. I know they often drift first time out but she was absolutely friendless to an extent that would worry me.

Yehudi!!!!!!!!!!! What ever became of him? Yesterday won it and went on to win an Irish Guineas under an inspired Kinane ride (or Murtagh disaster if you like).

I've just seen the Dubai Prince race. Very impressive. Interesting to see Weld use a pacemaker from a different owner. Presumably the Catalpa Sail Partnership were happy to help out Sheikh Mo.

It has happened before. Can't remember the names of the horses, but they weren't stars. If I recall correctly, one went to Jamie Osborne a few years back.

    Murtagh at Ballydoyle

Yes, he inferred that he would be involved in more horses in the future (presumably at Ballydoyle).

It's Halfords though, and he rides plenty for him. I thought Murtagh rode a couple of very decent races at the Curragh today to get wins out of those two.

Apache is a fine big horse who I thought ran well. Don't imagine he's going to win me the competition though! He looked beaten a couple of times but kept on well. Jessie's horse looked pretty fit in the parade ring, and battled on well too.

Apologies for going off topic, but what do we make of Definightly in the Listed Sprint at the Curragh? Charlton does well with his runners at the Curragh. But I can't quite work out why it's declared to run at Ascot on Saturday and in Ireland on Sunday. If it rocks up at the Curragh it might be...

Anyone care to price up the last at the Curragh on Sunday?!? P.S. if it's not too late, can I have Apache for the competition?

    St Nicholas Abbey

He has no penalty on Sunday, as penalties only count from Jan 2010.

Big Game Hunter has been reinstated as the winner.

Dettori was very keen for them to keep apart (one Dewhurst/ one RPT)!!!

    Ballydoyle 2 Year Olds 2010

I wouldn't be wading into Long Live The King at 1-3. He showed promise on debut and is sure to improve alot but that maiden isn't working out so well. The first was beaten (albeit in Group 1 company) while the 3rd, 4th and 5th have all disappointed since. It doesn't look the strongest race today...

There's one or two in the Somerville that I'd have expected to see in the Beresford. Ground the issue?

I disagree. There were plenty who were writing off Kinane during much of his time at Oxx. As a fan of his, I was delighted that Sea The Stars came along and provided a fitting finale to his career, but noone can say that he, as a jockey, was at his peak during his time with Oxx.
