    It dies, like most butterflies at the end of summer/ autumn . Only the odd few can hibernate. I must add that on some websites the Brimstone is down as being a hibernating butterfly, but this is indeed extremely rare and according to my ' bible ' hardly ever happens because they cannot stand...

    Wrong. Someone else can have a go now. :) The anwser. The Brimstone is the odd one out because the other butterflies all hibernate through winter and the Brimstone cannot.

    Aldaniti if the books were all posted at the same time and you have proof of postage you should be able to claim the postage back from Royal Mail. Have you checked Amazons terms and conditions?
