I placed a bet today via the Racing Post App to my Ladbrokes account ( as the Ladbrokes App for IPhone is a heap of shite). Needless to say I got a bet receipt on my screen, the horse hacked up at 16/1 and now it seems the bet was never registered or settled... What to do?
