100 Greatest Cartoons

If that cnut Caprice pops up again i may have to stop watching. Maybe she should have been at Longchamp today to see some truly stylish women. Hag.

Lady and the Tramp was Zafeen to the Jungle Books Zilzal for me.

Forgot about South Park. Essential.

Hong Kong Phooey was shit, nearly as bad as Rhoobarb and fucking Dangermouse.

Roadrunner was pretty cool too - although I'd lump it in the Loony Tunes category which was class in a glass....

Wacky Races rule. You can tell the general age range of the voters though. Thundercats ahead of The Jungle Book :what:

I truly hated Scooby Doo though.

Wacky Races was brilliant too.

As for Lady & The Tramp, it's sentimental old f*cker in me but I love that film.

How can they compare one-off films, like TOY STORY, with years and years of short cartoons like TOM AND JERRY (my favourite by 20 lengths)? TOY STORY is a complete story told in CGI as against T&J, who were DRAWN, for goodness' sake. I would never put half of those entries down as 'cartoons' - yes, I do know that a 'cartoon' can be a satirical picture by Rowlandson as well as the late Kliban's cats, etc., etc, but in the context of something that moves, I can't see how you can compare years' worth of certain characters against a one-stop wonder.

TOM AND JERREEEeeeee!

Where are the Smurfs in that list?

My other favouritges include The Simpsons, Dangermouse and Tom and Jerry.

By the way does anyone know if you can get a ringtone of the Dangermouse theme? I have been searching without success.
