ummm......

Some dictator who died a couple of years ago.The young lad gets sucked into his circle by the old guy being nice to him, then it all goes pear shaped.

Cant remember any more than that Jon - but I know the reviewer was very impressed and its got Forest someone in it as the bloke. Idi Amin I think?
