pity of it is that we will never know. Can't see cc being at his best at 11.

but main thing is he's fine.

My initial thought was yes he did. Couldn't understand why he didn't wait till after jumping that fence before pushing the button given that it is a notorious fence.

Sorry if I am coming across as a complete dick but did it ever cross your minds to watch the replay before you waste finger power and write complete nonsense

There's a lot of it going about today did someone spike the Guinness?

Paddy never rushed him into anything if fact he read the situation brilliantly well I would say.

Right after the fence was when the first 2 kicked and Paddy has seen it coming switch his horse in plenty time and brought him into a position where he is not going to be left  behind with a load of ground to make up when the go for it. It would have been madness to offer the first 2 a start at that point, the man did the right thing but was unfortunate

He was still a fair way away from the fence when he switched and had dropped his hands and looked to be on a perfect stride....he was very relaxed, gave Cue Card no more than a click and a squeeze to come up but Cue Card decided to ignore the commands and walk through the fence........all the horses fault PB in no way to blame.
