There has to be at least one surely?

 

Two people same age/weight/metabolic rate etc

 

One runs five miles & the other walks five miles

 

Both would burn the same amount of calories?

 

It didn't sound right when I was told this many moons ago but it came up in a conversation last night & the more I think about the more it perhaps makes sense :confused: after all the walker would be exercising for a lot longer than the runner :blink:
