Just having a late night debate witht the lads, can anybody clarify the situation.

Would like to know the exact percentage that the Jockey earns for riding a winner?

Replies will be eagerly anticipated.

Basically ranges from 4.01% (lowest for Flat Pattern and listed depending on number of prizes) up to 6.21% for non pattern jumps races with 3 prizes.

The common myth is that is is a flat 10%.
