Thanks, Bar. I've been on the phone to broadband technical support for about an hour, most of which has been on hold  :teeth: while they repeatedly come back with the same message, effectively telling me they won't send an engineer to the house (having promised one last week "within three to five working days").


I was told at the outset I was being put through to the manager but I've since asked - and been put - through to the next manager three times. What kind of hierarchy do they have in their call centre?!  :blink:


PS - do you know if that is a direct number to the man or just the premises? (I'm still on hold and can't afford to hang up having got to this stage!)
