Is anyone else getting adverts on this site?

It's only started happening this morning and I can't figure out why.

Yes I'm seeing a little strip line with ads on it. Which seems innocuous enough, let's hope it doesn't go farther.

I just sent a mass PM to everyone explaining that these ads are for Colin's family. 100% of anything made here goes to his family - nothing to me.

I pay for the software, licensing, hosting etc., etc., on my own nickel - and I'm a pensioner. I don't think that's asking too much.

I don't find the ads in any way intrusive and this forum is a marvellous free resource - it's fine by me.

(But I'm the type that gets annoyed by ads so I might end up fading off into the sunset.)

Let's be honest ads are no problem and in some cases better reading that some of the posts and well done in setting up something to help others
