I agree about this regression stuff both times he's fell he's been travelling well. Tbh thought Nico made a mess of the race and was flapping a bit when they turned for home. I very much doubt he is as good as he was at his peak but still probably good enough to beat anything currently in training given a positive ride and a clear round at 2 miles.

The race looked a bit farcical with them stacking up around that last bend. But take no chances has been beat about the same distance as he was in the Mares. Wodhooh is a rapidly improving 5yo and she's run well. Well enough for me to think she's franked the form enough to give me a bit of confidence about Act of Authority on Saturday.
