After Albertas Run won the RSA yesterday RUK were quoting bookmakers prices for next year's Gold Cup.

Didn't make a note of the prices but 20s and 25s seem to ring a bell.

Seems very stingy to me, LOOKED a rather poor heat for this event and it didn't cross my mind that the horse could develop into any sort of threat to the top staying chasers that are around at the moment.

In the context of a horse officially rated 177 (with a best RPR of 180) being 12/1 on the morning of this year's race, I'd have to agree.
