Is anyone familiar with this site/ process etc?

It's driving me up the wall. What I appear to have done (eventually) is put some Album in a basket, and now its disappeared. However all 14 tracks appear to have come up on my desk top with a CD symbol on them.

Somewhere within the site proper I must be able to retrieve what I think i've downloaded? Mind you then I've got burn it, and I'm far from certain I know how to do that. I've tried clicking into something called 'collect' but it says its empty. Where has my music gone? how do I find it? how do I get it back? how do I capture it on a CD? and how do I get rid of all these little CD's cluttering up the desk top?

yours frustrated and increasingly fed up

Warbler :(

Meant to add, any instructions/ guidance really will need translating into an idiots guide, as use of language remotely technical will almost certainly mean little to me

i think there is a allofmp3 explorer that you can download from the site, which makes the downloading process a lot simpler.

Install the allofmp3 explorer on your computer and see if that eases the hassle.

I'm guessing that teh allofmp3 explorer that I downloaded ages ago has been superceded by its alltunes software. I'm guessing that's what you need...

Alright I haven't cracked burning yet. But seem to have worked out how to down load music to 'My Music' How do I now post something like Dim's does? (experiment only) but for someone like myself who used to take my music seriosuly (circa '78 - '84) this is becoming a frustratingly within touching distance. I could get right back into the whole thing yet, but an currently contemplating slipping the IT geeks at work a few quid to come round here and sort this out for me
