sounds like you have the same rules in your garden as i do in mine Griff - If it flowers it can stay....

I tend to wait for a bit and see what things do if i dont recognise them.....

Hence my superb collection of Grape Hyscinths which i never remember to pull up till just before they flower,so they stay, the daisy things that take over but make it look really cottagy,the mini gladioli things (i have red,orange and yellow!) that cover the rest and spread like... well,weeds!!
