In his State of the Nation speech, George W. Bush put forward the claim that America is addicted to oil.

Will he do anything that will alter that fact?
 
Sure - he's asking car mfrs. to look into making nuclear-powered vehicles by 2020. It brings new meaning to 'driving a Proton'...
