Don't laugh, but I saw some of one of the Holiday programmes last night (I don't normally watch them as the presenters are very often cringeworthy), and it showed a photography course in Andalucia - and I have to admit the scenery was quite spectacular. The actual photography course looked good too as it was for all sorts of people, some had never used a camera before and any type of camera.

It is somewhere (again, don't laugh) I would love to visit perhaps in our motorhome next year. Barney will have his passport by then and I think it would be a real adventure.
