Another Pc Problem!

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

I haven't been able to turm my pc off for months, not because I can't but if I do when I turn it back on I end up with either a missing keyboard or mouse! or both! I usually have to restart the pc several times until it decides to recognise that I have both :angy:
