I went to access my email a moment ago and got this on my screen?

Can anyone tell me what i should do, please?

I'd go back and try to access your mail from an internet search rather than your link. In the bit where there is a red "not secure" sign you're looking for a padlock symbol.

I've still no idea why the above happened and turning the machine off and back on again didn't fix it.

When I clicked advanced I didn't see any option to visit site anyway,

I deleted the site tab from my favourites bar, got in via a google search and set a new tab. So far so good but I've still no idea why it all happened in the first place. It's never happened before.

It will say proceed anyway or similar

Alternatively, clear cache and cookies
 
Most likely, it was something wrong at the Live email end. The error suggests a mismatching certificate. They probably fixed it.

Next time (if there is one) try accessing it from a different laptop or mobile. If you get the same, you know it's more likely a distant end problem. If you only get it on one device, it's probably your end (or could be your network provider, if that's different between the two devices).

But seen similar to this lots of times, it's normally the destination.
