Anybody Own A Screwdriver And Live Near Brighton?

Remember though that failure could prove fatal.

She's alive and well and was dishing out bits of cardboard from an old hut at Lingfield today - soon to be a mum and very very close to finally deciding on which PC she's going to buy

Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeere's Jonnneeeeeeeee! Hallo, dear chaps and chapesses... have spent some five hours with a handy chum who's got the newfangled machine up and running, tho' it still refuses to send out my e-mails. It wants to know who my SMTP is, and I think that's a bit personal, really.

Anyway, sorry to have missed y'all and will hope to infest you from time to time with the odd (yes, yes, I heard that snigger) post.

I've got a Compaq 17" (more vulgar sniggers) and a proper processor thingy wot is humming away like a nuclear power station next to me. Got the printer and a ream of paper chucked in for free thanks to PC Weird and all for around half a grand. It has lots of memory (just as well, as mine's gone distinctly Senior Citizen).

It was lovely to see Graham, unexpectedly, at Lingers. He looked tremendously well in his coat and is clearly thriving.

Best news is that Miss Julie of South Fork and I have bought ourselves a replacement mare for Reach the Wind, who will (everything crossed) produce her last foal next year and be pensioned off to galump about Jools' fields for the rest of her days. The new mare is ex-Sheena West's yard: BARRANTES (Distant Relative - Try the Duchess) and, yes, Graham, Jools has booked the stallion you thought was best.

So here we are again, gentle readers. Thanks for the two pm's which are pretty ancient now, but no offence to the senders, I just didn't have a machine on which to respond, and I suppose I should've used the nearby Internet cafe. But there, I didn't.

Can't wait to get back to being rude to AC... :P

I knew you were still alive, Mum, cos the family brief hasn't been on about my rightful inheritance being left to the Okehampton Home For Retired racecourse badges as your final twisted joke at my expense.

Welcome back Krizon & great news about the latest addition to your string! Songsheet has been reassuring us that you were fine after your lengthy absence, and hinted that you had some news for us!

I hope your new laptop/pc enables you to get back into the swing of things on here, as things haven't quite been the same without you! B)

I think she's missed you too An! Don't forget to say something nice to her tomorrow on her Birthday!

Blimey! Thanks, folks, for the warm welcome back. Even old Swirls (aka The Eternal Returner) is delighted, I see. ;)
