I have been on Brown Willy more times than I care to remember

If you pardon the expression
Was it a stiff climb ?

Been through the Wankie Game Reserve in Zimbabwe, when then Southern Rhodesia. It's caught on to the sniggering, though, and you'll find it's been slightly rejigged as Wangkie. Which makes a huge difference.

I've been to the Wankhede (amusingly pronouced W@nk-a-day) Cricket Ground in Bombay. Not the nicest place to watch cricket due to the seagull $hit all over the place.

C/f, if my old memory serves me right, isn't there also an area of Bombay/Mumbai called Cowpatti Plain? I saw a Hindu Festival taking place out there, I'm sure!

I was only in the city itself for about five days. I spent 3 of those days walking around the area near our hotel in Marine Drive.

I flew to Ahmedabad for a 1-day match between India and Pakistan in the middle of the week and spent the last full day in town at the Wankhede for a domestic cup match..... can't remember who between but no-one memorable.

The Friday evening, we took a train to Aurangabad, principally to visit the ancient caves of Ajanta and Ellora.
