Anyone Seen This Before?

I received an email yesterday purporting to come from ukcards.com which was an acknowledgement of a credit card order for 'theater tickets'. Of course I've never made such an order. There was a Customer Services number which turned out to be the JobCentre Plus scheme and an internet link which purported to be the only way to cancel the order before delivery.
Needless to say I've not accessed the link but I'm interested in what it may be. A costly dialler? A virus? Possibly the first part of a scam to get credit card details? Whatever it is I intend to ignore it.

I han a mail fron paypal (allegedly) trying to get me to log into my account via their link (yeah right!!) to comfirm payment of £1900 for a masterbator :blink:
