It's an editorial decision, not a presenter's. Ron Cox, racing editor of the Guardian told me that when they get a press release from one of the big firms along the lines of "A cash punter walked into one of our north London shops with £20,000 in a carrier bag and had it on the second favourite for the Derby" his paper ignores it as 99% of the time it is - and I quote him - "bollocks".
