The possible merger will be with not just 888.com but also with Sportingbet.  Such a merger would allow each to bring to the table their own specialisation - Sportingbet (Sports and horse racing betting), 888 (Casinos) and PartyGaming (Poker).   Should it hapen the judges of the competition would have to take the Partygaming share price at the time of the merger as your final price as the company would cease to exist.


We're not allowed to ask questions otherwise I would ask what happens in the case of mergers, acquisitions, share splits, buy backs etc.
