Thanks Brian.  Was just re-reading the rules and saw that.


I reckon Pfizer or Merck may try to trump the $78 anyway, so I don't mind hanging tough.


Interestingly, Microsoft put in a bid for 4Seasons today.  Seems like a good fit for Gates.  Shares up slightly this morning in NY.
