What bugs me is that I never used to be a cake bandit until the last few years, always able to say 'no' (though rarely to another steak, if offered). I've fallen into much naughtier ways than even I'd reckoned on! Fair enough, Kathy, I shall apply myself properly now. I DID start SO well, too, and really felt the difference for eating healthily and dumping the junk. Okay, back on track we go... :shy:
