Just walked back in the door after witnessing the aftermath of a horrible car crash

I've been taking the dogs to the park early as its been so warm & whilst walking around the park I heard the most awful noise, screeching brakes & a sickening thud, I put the dogs on their leads & walked to the entrance to see a car & truck smashed head on into each other I called 999 but police were already aware, thankfully the ambulance & police station is only a couple of hundred yards away & were there within 4/5 mins, gave my details to the police before coming home but can't see that I'd be any use as I didn't see anything, just heard the noise

God help the car driver cry
