“Please be aware that this offer is changing. From Tuesday 4th April 2023, only bets placed from 08:00 UK Time on the day of the race will qualify for Best Odds Guaranteed. Prior to this date, the offer will continue to be available for successful bets placed from the release of early prices.”
 
Balls! Currently have 5 active accounts, and I'd estimate 60% of my bets are placed with B365 because of BOG available the evening before.

This could be a big game changer!
 
They recently dumped their ITV racing offer which was an excellent concession.I can also remember the days when they were 1/4 the odds a place on all races shown live on terrestrial TV.They have also binned treble the odds for one winner in a Lucky 15.
They seem to have become complacent like their friends in Tallaght.
 
To be fair, I'm not going to complain about them.

In all the years I've been using online accounts they've never restricted me or withdrawn any concessions despite my being
££££ ahead on my account with them.

I wasn't aware of the change re ITV racing, though. Was that the 4/1 free bet offer? It isn't something I used a lot, to be honest. Not because I wasn't winning with them; merely because I only bet in certain races so tend not to get suckered in to these offers.

Just go to the site and look for “offers” then find BOG and it’s there. You’d have thought they would have been a bit more upfront about it.
 
That says "you currently have no offers available" which is fair enough - but not a word about BOG.
I doubt you've imagined it, as you gave a specific date, so I'm completely bamboozled??

I was also unaware but it’s conspicuous by its absence from their offers page. I did briefly wonder during the festival but it’s hard to keep track of all the changes across several accounts in those 4 days (while downing plentiful amounts of Guinness/Stella)

They’ve introduced some new football competitions recently but those aren’t so attractive to me.

They’re also boosting prices for selected horses in most races and have the odd super-boost such as evens CH and 9/4 GDC. Super boosts are restricted to £10 at least for me.

It will be interesting to see if the usual Grand National offer of win stake refunded on each way bets is available this year

Don't use their app. No notification online or email.

I was restricted ages ago and what I noticed was they have a Promotions page (may be called offers) that is available in both web and app that is dynamic, in that it only shows those available to your account.
