Anyone watching this on BBC4?
Only been watching 20 minutes and already seen 10's of clearly malnourised children, even more who are in institutions and look like they're going mad and nurses who do absolutely nothing more than wash and change nappies of children as old as 10.
I really can't believe that this happens in Europe, I spent 10 minutes thinking that one boy looked particularly bad before the reporter told us it was a young girl - that and the "carer" couldn't tell that the girl in question was screaming in pain because she'd broken her leg and not because she was being mischievous.
This sort of thing shouldn't happen in the West - and I can't describe it as anything other than statesponsored child abuse :angy:
