Just presume all you anti's out there will be watching this and throwing things at the TV.

No

I read in the Times that it was an absurdly biased pro programme that might as well have been directed by Sir Bloody so I am giving it a miss.

I`m watching it post 9.30 and although i`m not bothered one way or the other, most of the anti-brigade could really do with a good kickin and/or wash.

What a marvellous an sympathetic programme that was. Unfortunate that such an agreeable portrayal was to mark to conclusion of such a great traditional sport in Britain.

I admit that my life's passion is coursing. I look forward to perhaps seeing the Waterloo Cup being re-born in another more tolerant jurisdiction where politicians find other outlets for their meddlesome interfering. (Fingers crossed, there is a possibility of it being re-staged in the ROI within the next two years).

Each to their own - I watched 'Taggart', which is seemingly being shot on a tighter and tighter budget, and is now almost completely down to black-and-white. Mind you, some glimpses of a truly stunning Gothic, Catholic church - any Scots ken which one it was? Magnificent flying buttresses, panelling, and altar.

I thought the coursing programme was first class, pity it wasn't made a couple of years ago.

It's shameful and sad that a way of life has just been arbitrarily taken away from people. for no good reason.

I only caught the end of it after seeing jinny's post. Anybody know where the Prescott family plot is?

You mean unless you were one of the 320 plus hares shot by the hare shoot which was shown at the end of the programme.
