"And the time is quickly approaching sixteen minutes past six... " thus informed Ms Natasha Kaplinsky on the BBC News this evening, which has left me concerned - nay, extremely anxious. All of my clocks and watches have always approached sixteen minutes past six, as they have any other major hour, at 60 seconds per minute. If the Beeb is going to put its clock on super-speed, then I think we ought to have been warned. No wonder I'm tired. At this rate, it'll be 9.00 in the morning in a couple of hours...
