Having major issues trying to get balance after Lincoln but its letting me put a bet on but wont refresh?

Hasnt refreshed balances or settled since around 3pm.... although it takes bets, but I guess they would get that bit back up first ;-)

Nipped home at 4.30 and checked Bet365 after backing Brae Hill last night
Needless to say I was boiling, Thought id f**ked up putting the bet on!
Palpable relief after coming back home and checking it again just now
Especially after a poor day of football punting.

FFS it's down again! Not been able to check anything since about 3pm and now totally crashed - keeps going to error 404 on web!

Stern letter on its way to customer services and this may be the final straw in me moving over to PP permanently

Just got through to the betting line and managed a bet but they confirmed the system is down / backlogged and my balance hasnt updated with winnings from the National. No apologies.....

If they say it was due to an unusually high demand I wont be happy - thats two weekends screwed up and no apologies from the first.

On their official FB account its saying they are having technical issues which will be sorted "soon" - timed over an hour ago....

Back up now, but they haven't settled National bets.

I think you have to cut them some slack though - the volume through their site must be five times any other day of the year. It's easy to say they should build better systems but sometimes these things are genuinely unforeseen.

Instead of refreshing the page try logging out and back in again. I did that and it now shows me credited with my winnings.

Happy to cut some slack but my account has only just been updated nearly 2hrs after the race and I still have 5 o/s bets (all losers but still showing as unsettled) plus no history.

Its not like its a surprise to have a high volume on a day like today - extra servers/staff should be the norm for such an event?

Bets with the refunded stake offers are supposed to be settled within 12 hours. They've settled my losing ones as losers but not done the refund part of the bet. They settled my ante post GN ones within about 2 hours.
