Is anyone having a problem with putting a bet on.
Everything is working but when I press the price to have a bet, nothing happens.

I notice their BOG applies from 10.00 am today.
Is this normal practise for the Festival,or a sign of things to come?

Currently showing BOG at oddschecker and B365 website.

Edit - is it possible you're confusing BOG with price match guarantee?

I think they changed their rules in relation to BOG over the last 12 months -it's now day of race only.
A few years ago they were a quarter the odds each way all festival races, all prices guaranteed and treble the odds one winner in a lucky 15.

They were getting stung with withdrawals...

Indeed, the owner/manager was withdrawing 200million plus a salary every year.

Some maths.

The more corporate bookies get and have got, the more the race to a profit becomes the only priority.

Giving punters a fair crack at things is now just an afterthought.

It's a race to the top for their shareholders, in terms of profit, but a race to the bottom for everyone else.

The fact the powers that be can't envisage a future for horse racing because bookmakers aren't paying enough is a scandal.
