BetBright currently purport to offer BEST ODDS GUARANTEED on all UK horseracing.

However, a word of warning to any of you who, like me are mug enough to play multiples, I have just discovered, to my cost, that BOG ONLY applies to singles.

This is not clearly indicated on their website, and it is only via disputing a settlement that this has been pointed out to me :

"Good evening

Further to our telephone conversation this evening please see below as requested.

Betbright terms and conditions:

https://www.betbright.com/content/terms

General betting rules of Betbright:

https://www.betbright.com/content/betting_rules

And here is where Best Odds Guaranteed is referenced:

Best Odds Guaranteed
Best Odds Guaranteed applies to UK & Irish horse racing only unless otherwise stated
Best Odds Guaranteed applies to single bets only unless otherwise stated
Best Odds Guaranteed does not apply to ante post betting or Pari-Mutuel price. If your multiple bet contains some Best Odds Guaranteed races, prices in those races will be honoured at either the price you take or the SP, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to withhold, restrict or cancel this offer from individual accounts/customers at our own discretion and without prior notice.
Rule 4s will apply as usual in line with standard racing rules

Regards,
DJ

DJ:Hello, welcome to Betbright! How may I help you?Hi Colin

Colin: hi, can i just check something with you, you have banners for best odds guaranteed on the site, but they don't seem to be clickable, does it apply to all races and bets please

DJ: so, we are BOG on English racing where advertised, also we are BOG only for single bets Colin

Colin: do you not think that should be displayed a little more obviously? Do you get a warning or anything that it doesn't apply when placing multiples?

DJ: it is contained in the terms and conditions which need to be agreed to before an account can be registered, but I do see your point, I have asked our Trading team to insert a hyper link to the t's and c's where BOG is advertised

would make things easier to be fair

Colin: it would stop complaints too, I promote your site, and I have said good things in the past about you, but this type of thing doesnt look good, I will send you the link, I think she is perfectly justified in her complaint tbh

http://www.talkingho…uaranteed-but-NOT-in-multiples
presumably it is you she spoke to?

DJ: thank you for that Colin, I will be sure to let the relevent people in power know, we are always looking for feedback for improvments

I cannot conform that due to tdata protection Colin, sorry

*confrm

Colin: you are DJ the email is signed DJ so I'll take a guess :)
I'm going to remove the banner from the main forum at the moment until your site is updated, its extremely misleading

DJ: I see that, however due to data protection laws I cannot confirm, sorry if that sounds silly Im just not allowed confirm. Thank for for doing that Colin, I will also pass this onto management

Colin: thank you, feel free to have someone post on the thread or email me if I don't see the update. Thank you for your time

What rubbish if they are his details he can tell you if it was him and that it was not him the Data Protection Act 1998 does not apply to his own data . Company policy is another thing .
