Can anyone help with an issue I've had with Betfair for ages that is doing my head in. The prices on Betfair are not "live". When I click on a market I will see the latest prices for a few seconds and then it will flick back and forth between stale prices. In running it's a joke with the market flicking between the in play and pre race prices. It's making Betfair completely redundant for me. I'ts the same on desktop and mobile. Any idea what the problem could be?

I got an email a while ago from betfair, saying there would be a 3 minute delay for those not logged in, so always log in!!!

Not sure if that answers your question, got the email about 2 weeks ago.

Slim I use Betfair every day and have done for years yet I haven't noticed any difference. I only use horse racing though?
I received the email too but I'm always logged on when working with Betfair.

Perhaps it's my account. It's not a funded account, just a login.

Hi Slim/....Betfair did some maintenance the other day and after that it was the first time in years I noticed lag on my Bot
Anyone who logs straight into Betfair's site is at a huge disadvantage as no doubt you know.........the changes in prices are shown constantly on my bot and show before the likes of Oddschecker or eg ATR........in a part of a second you see changes happen on most bots..............you might have a 50 quid bet on and want out because in your judgement the horse is beat and you could save a huge part of your stake by getting out...............Try that on Betfair's site you have no chance.

A Bot is a must and the Geeks Toy is the best of all the ones I have tried...please tell me you are not logging into Betfair's main sight..............it's as slow as a fart in a trance
