During the last race at Cheltenham (3.10) I tried to lay off my bet on Hello Bud but the process froze. My balance has gone to £0.00. WTF!

Same here. I was looking at the ante-post market for the Derby and the Guineas prices were being shown. Weird.

back to normal now. Failed to lay off on Hello Bud- good. Got balance back-very good. Would not have been happy if Hello Bud had got beat.

Its been happening all weekend.After Ice Tea won yesterday my late in running lay of 1.32 was showing as unmatched.It suddenly appeared about 5 minutes after the race.
