I have received an email from them saying that "last week, for the first time, you would have been required to pay Premium Charges. However, in line with our policy for customers that incur the charge for the first time, last week's Premium Charges have been refunded"
Let's say I don't have any bet for a month, would I need to pay that premium charge every Wednesday while my profit/charges percentage is still below 20%?
