Betting in running

I wanted to watch the 510W on ATR but I couldnt log in,but I got the commentary so I pressed the back button and went on bet365.but the ATR commentary carried on and almost finished before bet 365 had even started.
So when bet365 does in running do they watch their own pictures or other.
I have profited from backing in running but it makes you wonder.
 
Couldn't envisage any streaming being as efficient as sitting outside the track with a drone flying over the action, O.
Wouldn't go near it,myself.
 
According to Bet365 they use both ATR and Racing TV. I'm not a technical expert on video streaming, but probably the extra feed manipulation is what causes the extra lag.
