BHA Charges

The BHA have issued charges against Fergal Lynch, Darren Williams, Karl Burke and Miles Rodgers after concluding its review of the evidence obtained following the trial into alleged race-fixing at the Old Bailey.

No doubt that if they all get warned off then they will be back again within a few years with Burke simply running his under the name of the stable cat in the meantime.

I applaud the BHA for taking action as some of the evidence in the Old Bailey trial was staggering but I can't believe it's taken them so long.

I wouldn't even warn them off, just let them get on with their job.

A leopard doesn't change it's spots but a banning order and a fine will?

If a leopard never changes it's spots then surely a life ban will be in order?
