I watched his show on tv last night, the first time I'd seen 'Part Troll' (the name of his show) in action. Hysterical! No endless effing, toilet or pubic jokes like Billy Connolly. Just loads of witty, surreal, and slanted views on things, including 'Acts of God' on insurance policies, BBC News 24 intro music as 'apocalypse rap', and a fantastically funny take on 'The Hokey Cokey' in the manner of Kraftwerk:

(In German): "You put your right arm out, and shake it all about - in, aus, in, aus..."

I posted on the Dave Gorman thread how I think that Bill Bailey is a very funny man - and a very knowledgeable one too. I liked his take on the USA/UK special relationship.

Laught at all his jokes apart from the bit on religion (always makes me feel uneasy).Did he write ALL that material himself? If so , like Brian says very knowledgeable , such variety and musical talents too.
