Just some of his quotes

"have you ever notices how people who believe in creationism look really unevolved?"

"why do Christians wear crosses, it's like going up to Jackie Kennedy wearing a rifle pendant"

Is Gladiators too violent, No **** it, give these guy chainsaws!!!!!

A truly brilliant comedian, such a shame his life was cut short.

Relentless is probably the best stand-up ever.

Did he do anything other than 'Relentless'? I ask because that's the only one I've seen. There was a documentary about him some years back, quite poignant really, as he visited his Mom and Pop and they were clearly very proud of their boy, even though you got the impression they weren't too keen on all that swearin' an' stuff. Sad to be denied so much more of his original take on life in the USA.

Hicks was and remains a true genius, way ahead of his time, and tragically taken from us way too early.

I recommend the 'Sane Man' DVD which showcases early Hicks (available at www.sacredcowproductions.com), and the 'It's Just A Ride" compilation, which I think was produced by Channel 4, and contains both a documentary (recorded after his death), and his Revelations performance from the London Dominion.

His final CD - "Rant in E-Minor" - is possibly the funniest thing ever committed to media. The 'Agent of Evolution' bio is an excellent read too.

Good to see people continuing to tune into him, over ten years after his death.

"You non-smokers......going up to smokers and coughing..........don't you think that's kinda cruel? Do you go up to people in wheelchairs dancing too, you sick fucks?"

Gawd bless 'im.
