Kopek Des Bordes leads the charge on a 4 timer that has Paddy Power panicking. He's not alone with NRNB accumulaters being placed in the hundreds...the others are either Majbourgh Betterdaysahead and Constitution Hill. Or Marjborough Constitution Hill and Galloping Des Champs....Many NRNB accies include all 5 horses. if Kopek Des Bordes wins it could lead to the biggest ante post pay out in years. with NRNB the bookies don't have many hiding places
 
Very true but half their weaponry has been lost already with non runners only reducing their liabilities rather than eliminating them..with no sign of any of the five not turning up I would hate to be in their shoes this time round
 
Don't believe everything that you read in the papers / websites, the majority of times the headlines have been hyped up and greatly exaggerated - I know, I worked in the industry for over 40 years. Their liabilities will be a small fraction of those stated, and they are actually trying to tempt punters in because these accas rarely come off.
 
I am ultra confident Betterdaysahead will go Mares Hurdle. obviously State Man can't and Rich Ricci has said his mare is going Champion Hurdle come what may. That leaves Gordon Elliot and co with little choice..take on the 3 best hurdlers in the country with a chance of coming home empty handed or have a look round at the people and pick up a championship race. appears like a no brainier to me

You would have to be just slightly worried that they would discover he doesn't qualify for the mares?
