Bookies Opening Times

My local bookie is an independent and their website doesn't say but what time do the normal bookies open during Cheltenham week? I'm in town early on tomorrow and want to get a bet on but won't be there too long.

hills and ladbrokes open at 8 round here but it depends on local competition and footfall
